Orders from Mondays to Fridays between 9AM and 3PM (excluding holidays and weekends) are processed on the same day. Orders placed beyond 3PM, and on holidays/weekends, will be processed the following business day.
We partner with logistics services in Metro Manila and some key cities to deliver the products. Delivery fee is shouldered by the customer for orders below 300kgs. For other parts of the country, we deliver with a minimum order of 300.1kgs and up for free.
Cash on Delivery or COD is allowed but the actual shipping rate of Lalamove will apply. Additional charge for Purchase Service will add to the cost of products wherein the Partner Driver will pay for the goods on behalf of the customer first upon pick-up at the Sales Office. (Motorcycle - P50.00, Car - P100.00)
As we are operating on skeletal workforce, we are requesting for your patience as we review and process your orders and queries. Please expect the delivery of your orders within three (3) days once your order has been paid and confirmed. We will update you once your order is ready for delivery or pick-up.
Orders below 300kgs will have a shipping fee that will be shouldered by the customer. Shipping fee will be dependent on the price of our logistics partner. Bulk orders or 300.01kgs and up are entitled of free delivery.
Our products go through thorough quality checking before delivery. Please double check the items upon receipt of your order to make sure that it is complete and of good quality. If your product arrives damaged, please send us an e-mail regarding the details of your concern. Please be ready with a photo and/or video documenting the concern for verification purposes. Be sure to take note your order number so that we can easily trace your order.
You must report any concerns regarding your order within 24 hours from the date of receipt of your order, together with a proof of purchase (through an invoice/receipt). Due to the nature of our products, the following are not acceptable bases for returning/exchanging your order:
1. Sudden change of mind
2. Customer's order placement mistake
3. Negligence or mishandling of the customer
4. Return/exchange of products received as donation or gift
5. Sudden discovery of a new promo
6. Return of products bought elsewhere (i.e. supermarkets, grocery, convenience store, other marketplaces)
In case of emergencies or fortuitous events, please contact us immediately for needed changes and/or cancellations. We will also closely coordinate with you in case of needed changes and/or cancellations from our end.
For refunds due to valid returns or cancellations, our lead time is a maximum of two weeks. Bank fees may apply depending on your preferred bank’s policy.
