For Grab & Lalamove, Same day delivery:
A text will be sent to the customer's given number for delivery confirmation and wait for the feedback/reply until 5pm only. If we don't receive any response within 2-3 business days, the order will be cancelled.

Orders below 300kgs will have a shipping fee that will be shouldered by the customer. Shipping fee will be dependent on the price of our logistics partner.
Bulk orders or 300.01kgs and up are entitled of free delivery.

Paid online: Refill with Container: Same day c/o Grab | Refill only: 3-5 business days delivery lead time (c/o ABI Truck)
COD: 1 week / every other week based on partner distributors' route schedule. (Free delivery except for BGC & Makati areas - Php 100)

Online payment only, the lead time of preparation is 2-4 days.

Our products go through thorough quality checking before delivery. Please double check the items upon receipt of your order to make sure that it is complete and of good quality.
If your product arrives damaged, please send us an e-mail regarding the details of your concern. Please be ready with a photo and/or video documenting the concern for verification purposes. Be sure to take note your order number so that we can easily trace your order.
You must report any concerns regarding your order within 24 hours from the date of receipt of your order, together with a proof of purchase (through an invoice/receipt).
Due to the nature of our products, the following are not acceptable bases for returning/exchanging your order:
1. Sudden change of mind
2. Customer's order placement mistake
3. Negligence or mishandling of the customer
4. Return/exchange of products received as donation or gift
5. Sudden discovery of a new promo
6. Return of products bought elsewhere (i.e. supermarkets, grocery, convenience store, other marketplaces)

In case of emergencies or fortuitous events, please contact us immediately for needed changes and/or cancellations. We will also closely coordinate with you in case of needed changes and/or cancellations from our end.
For refunds due to valid returns or cancellations, our lead time is a maximum of 1 month. Bank fees may apply depending on your preferred bank’s policy.
