• 2.5oz White Rum
• 1.5oz Lemon juice
• 1.5oz Simple syrup
• Top up Summit Sparkling
• Lemon wheel and cherry garnish
• Highball glass

• 1/2 inch Cucumber wheel
• 4pcs Mint leaves
• 1oz Simple Syrup
• 0.5oz Lime juice
• Top up Summit Sparkling
• Mint for garnish
